Shannon’s practice focuses on corporate and real estate transactions, including commercial development, leasing, acquisition and disposition, and complex corporate finance matters. She regularly represents clients in the hotel and hospitality industry in all aspects of their business operations, including financing, construction, and development. 

Within the hospitality sector, Shannon has substantial experience negotiating loan agreements and financing arrangements, including construction loans, bridge loans, mezzanine financing, intercreditor agreements, guarantees, and security arrangements. She advises owners, developers, and operators on structuring and closing sophisticated hospitality-related financing transactions.

Shannon also represents clients in general corporate matters and commercial leasing transactions across multiple states. She advises businesses on day-to-day corporate needs, including contract negotiation, governance matters, and operational legal issues. In addition, she has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases for retail, office, and industrial properties, including clients managing multi-property leasing portfolios.
