George advises clients on complex commercial real estate and business transactions, bringing more than 40 years of experience to each matter. His real estate practice spans acquisitions, dispositions, and financing (with an emphasis on the hospitality industry), ground lease developments, and commercial leasing across retail, office, and industrial sectors .

George has successfully completed dozens of hotel property development acquisitions, sales, financing and refinancing transactions in multiple States.

George provides strategic counsel to business clients on entity formation and restructuring, including corporations, and limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs, and stock and asset purchase and sale transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, George was a partner at a Newport Beach-based law firm and previously practiced as a senior associate at a Silicon Valley firm.
