The Busch Firm provided legal counsel in connection with the 2024 development of Denū Hotel & Spa in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The firm’s representation included structuring the acquisition and development arrangements and preparing and negotiating the agreements associated with the project’s construction phase. The Firm continues to provide legal representation in connection with ongoing ownership, capital improvements, future refinancing and operational matters related to the property.
