Brian Leip, C.P.A.
Brian is the Corporate Controller at The Busch Firm. He manages the accounting department and his team handles the financial aspects of the firm including payroll, financial reporting, cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. In addition to The Busch Firm, Brian is the Controller for Pacific Hospitality Group, the Napa Institute, and various other organizations and entities.
Prior to The Busch Firm Brian worked as Corporate Controller for First Financial Corporate Services, American Capital Group, and Balboa Capital. He has over 12 years experience in Accounting and Finance and has successfully led his departments through third party financial audits from Deloitte & Touche, BDO Seidman, The TABS Group, and White, Nelson, Diehl and Evans. He graduated with honors from California State University, Long Beach where he studied both Finance and Accounting. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and to complement his finance interests he is progressing towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys many hobbies including playing guitar, traveling, scuba diving, camping, and hiking.
